OATD.org aims to be the best possible resource for finding open access graduate theses and dissertations published around the world. Metadata (information about the theses) comes from over 1000 colleges, universities, and research institutions. OATD currently indexes 2,973,503 theses and dissertations.

JOAL is an open-access, peer-reviewed academic journal of international scope.  Its purpose is to promote international research on the topic of open access to law. Central topics of concern include:

An archive for self-archive papers in any area of Psychology, Neuroscience, and Linguistics (and areas of Computer Science, Philosophy, Biology, Medicine, Anthropology and any other portions of the physical, social and mathematical sciences that are pertinent to the study of cognition).

20 million articles worldwide, including pre-publication version of journal articles, book chapters, conference papers and theses. You can limit your search to full text articles and if an article is peer reviewed this is specified.

Textbooks that have been funded, published, and licensed to be freely used, adapted, and distributed. These books have been reviewed by faculty from a variety of US colleges and universities to assess their quality. All are either used at multiple higher education institutions; or affiliated with an institution, scholarly society, or professional organization.
