Biography

My passion for computer science started as a teenager, when I first saw a working computer program. I was excited about the ability to write some code that would make the computer do whatever I wanted it to do.

Haven studied computer science extensively, I continue to be enthused by software and my passion lies in helping people learn to write computer programs. So my research is into understanding how people learn programming and ways to make teaching programming more effective.

Apart from computing I am an inspirational author and I love sewing too.
