Bingham University Receives Nuc Teams For Re Accreditation Visit

Bingham University, Karu, recently hosted a team from the National Universities Commission (NUC) on a re-accreditation visit to assess the institution’s Radiography and Computer Science programmes respectively.
The visit, marked another important step in the institution’s commitment to expanding academic offerings and maintaining excellence in teaching and research.
The NUC team leads of the two programs prof. Charles Eze and Prof Adesina Sodiya, stated that the reasons for the visit was for peer review and quality assessment. The team commended the university’s management for its preparedness, infrastructural development, and the conducive academic environment provided for both staff and students.
Responding, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Haruna Kuje Ayuba, warmly welcomed the NUC officials to the university on behalf of the management. He expressed appreciation to the Commission for its continuous support and guidance to universities in Nigeria. He highlighted that Bingham University remains steadfast in its pursuit of quality education and compliance with regulatory standards, assuring the team of the institution’s readiness to meet all requirements for programs.
In attendance were: the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Prof. Musa Dankyau, the Registrar, Mr. Daburi Bello Misal, the Director of Academic Planning (DAP) Assoc. Prof Kingsley Okafor and the Director of Public Affairs Ms. Monica Ankeli.
