I am a registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer with professional and academic experience in valuation, feasibility and viability studies, property management, real estate agency, and property development. My career combines university teaching with a touch of professional practice, enabling me to bridge the gap between theory and practice while equipping students with relevant industry knowledge and practical skills. My research interests span these core areas of estate management, with a focus on advancing scholarship and contributing practical solutions to contemporary challenges in the real estate sector. I am committed to excellence in teaching, research, community service, and professional development, while upholding the highest standards of ethics, innovation, and lifelong learning in the real estate profession.
