Biography
I am a results-oriented Senior Lecturer in Physiology possessing strong work ethics and commitment to excellence in teaching and research and offering more than 10 years background in creating challenging and engaging learning and research environment for students enrolled in physiology and other courses. My teaching philosophy is woven around a fundamental principle: doing anything, within the confines of morality and acceptable norms, to facilitate the learning of what I am teaching the students who I consider equal partners in the learning process. To achieve this, I use case-based or problem-based teaching methods to drive home my points.
I am an experienced Reproductive physiologist, paired with strong knowledge of Haematology and an intellectually curious person always seeking new information to drive learning and research forward. I excellently balance classroom and laboratory time to create knowledgeable and confident students in physiology. A multi-published researcher with an uncanny history of running successful studies with students.
I currently has 42 publication in local and international journals and 15 conference papers.
