Victor Kulugh is a Computer Scientist with specialisation in Cybersecurity, Cyber Risk Management and Cybersecurity Resilience of Critical Information Infrastructure. Dr. Kulugh’s work experience spans banking, project management, training and academia. He has been teaching and researching in the areas of cybersecurity, cyber risk management and critical information infrastructure resilience and management. He was the project manager at the cybersecurity and critical national information infrastructure research project - a TETFund funded research that was conducted at the Centre for Cyberspace Studies, Nasarawa State University, Keffi Nigeria and several other software development projects.
He is a member of several professional bodies, namely; Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA); Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE); Cyber Security Experts Association of Nigeria (CSEAN) and the Nigerian Computer Society (NCS). He holds a PhD in cybersecurity and currently lectures at the faculty of computing, Bingham University Karu, Nigeria.
