Bingham University Governing Council Inspects Key Projects

The Governing Council of Bingham University as part of its 68th regular meeting held recently, embarked on inspection tour of ongoing projects slated for completion in the 2024/2025 academic session.

 

The purpose for the project’s inspection by the Council was to scrutinize and ascertain the level of completion, progress of each project for strategic planning and compliance to acceptable standards.  The projects inspected were faculty of Law Library building, three blocks of student hostels, faculty of education building and the automatic  weather station respectively.

 

Giving  updates on the projects,Contractors at the sites assured the Council that all projects were on track, with timelines and compliance to standard being strictly adhered to.

 

The Chairman of Council, Prof. Andrew Haruna, while addressing the contractors, stressed on quality and timely delivery of the projects. He emphasized on the importance of professionalism, quality workmanship, and adherence to contractual delivery schedules. 

 

The inspection team include:  the Chairman of Council, Prof. Andrew Haruna, FNAI, FLAN; Vice-Chancellor, Prof.  Haruna Kuje Ayuba, members of Council and Principal Officers of the university as well as the Director of works.
