Bingham University’s New Board Of Trustees Inaugurated, Charged To Ensure Quality Service Delivery

The new Board of Trustees of Bingham University has been appointed and recently inaugurated at the university main campus.  The new Board is the 6th BOT since inception of the University. 

 

In his remarks at the inauguration ceremony, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and ECWA President, Rev. Dr. Stephen Panya Baba who is also the Chairman of the  immediate past Board of Trustees of the university charged members to see their appointment as a call to service. 

 

He thanked the outgone members for their quality service delivery and contribution to the development of the University.  He stated that during their tenure the university had experienced tremendous growth and development. 

 

He intimated the new Board that his tenure as ECWA President will elapse in June 2024 and a new ECWA President  will take over the mantle of leadership as Chairman of the Board and ask them to give him the  needed support to move the university forward.

 

He congratulated the new Board members for being found worthy of appointment. He wished them a successful tenure.

 The new members of the  Board of Trustees are: Chairman and ECWA President, Rev. (Dr.) Stephen Panya Baba.Members are ECWA General Secretary, Rev. Ayuba Asheshe, Prof Andrew Haruna, who also doubles as the Pro-Chancellor, Engr. Peter Nathaniel Tsado , Prof. Bukar Emmanuel Naroka Dauda.  Other members  are Prof. Raphael Olarewaju Babatunde, and Elder Orji Okechukwu Christian, while Barrister Yakubu S. Bawa will serve as Secretary to the Board.
