The Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of Council, Bingham University,  Prof. Andrew Haruna, has been appointed as the Secretary-General of the Committee of Vice-Chancellors of Nigerian Universities (CVCNU). 

Prof. Haruna’s appointment comes as no surprise, given his contributions to the development of tertiary education and dedication to fostering an environment of innovation and growth within the  Nigerian University System. His new role as the Secretary-General will enable him  provide strategic  guidance towards continuous improvement in higher education in Nigeria.
