The Vice-Chancellor, Professor H. K. Ayuba and the Management Team of Bingham University has visited the  ECWA Executive at the ECWA headquarters, Jos as part of his familiarization visit following his assumption of office as the 5th substantive Vice-Chancellor of Bingham University, to appreciate them for the role they  played in the smooth transition of  administration and the development recorded by the immediate past Vice-Chancellor, Prof. W. B. Qurix while at the helm of affairs.

Prof. Ayuba commended the Chairman of the University Board of Trustees and ECWA President, Rev. (Dr.) Stephen Panya Baba for availing himself to the service of God and to Bingham University and appreciated the role played by ECWA Executive towards the development of the university, saying  Bingham University has  no doubt  been rightly positioned in  the Nigerian University System to  be reckoned with nationally and internationally.

He sought the continued support of the ECWA Executive and other  stakeholders for his administration to succeed.  Prof. Ayuba went further to share his vision of value addition to academic and infrastructural development of  the university.

The  Chairman, University Board of Trustees and President of ECWA Rev. (Dr.) Stephen Panya Baba in his  remarks stated that he was delighted to receive the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Haruna Kuje Ayuba and the Management team of the university in his office. He stated that God was the reason behind the successes recorded in Bingham University, and prayed that the new Board that will be constituted will continue the good works .

He also pledged the continued support of the ECWA Executive to the management of the University 

Other members of ECWA Executive who were visited in their various offices were the Vice President of ECWA, Rev. (Dr) Stephen Sunday Ajise, ECWA General Secretary, Rev. Ayuba Asheshe and ECWA Acting Asst. General Secretary Rev. Ishaku Yaro who all shared in their joy in the developmental strides of the University while assuring the Vice-Chancellor of their support. 

The high point of the visit was presentation of souvenirs  by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. H. K. Ayuba to  the ECWA Executive.
