The Vice-Chancellor ,Professor Haruna Kuje Ayuba, alongside Principal Officers, visited the university's ICT unit in continuation his familiarization tour to key universitydepartments. 

During the visit, Professor Ayuba declared the ICT center "the lifeblood of any university," underscoring its vital role in information dissemination and online presence. He stressed the importance of timely updates to the university website and emphasized the need for increased online visibility. Recognizing the growing threat of cybercrime, he advised the unit staff to stay vigilant and proactive.

Welcoming the Vice-Chancellor, Mr. Kunle Ifawoye, the ICT Director, expressed his appreciation for the visit. He outlined the unit's ongoing efforts towards digitalization, including automation initiatives and cyber security training programs.
