Vice Chancellor, Prof H.k Ayuba Recieves Nasarawa State University Counterpart,Prof Suleiman Bala Mohammed On A Congratulatory Visit

In a heart warming gesture of academic comaraderie, Prof. Suleiman Bala Mohammed, Vice-Chancellor of Nasarawa State University, Keffi, along with his delegation, visited the University to congratulate Prof. Haruna Kuje Ayuba on his recent appointment as Vice-Chancellor. The visiting team was warmly received by Prof. Ayuba and the principal officers of the University.

Prof. Mohammed, in his remarks, extended heartfelt congratulations to Prof. Ayuba. He acknowledged Prof. Ayuba's long standing capacity for  leadership roles in academia which was clearly demonstrated while he held sway as Director of Academic Planning and recently as his Deputy Vice-Chancellor in charge of Academics at Nasarawa State University.

 Prof. Mohammed commended the Board of Trustees and Governing Council of Bingham University for their excellent choice in  Prof. Ayuba, citing his proven competence and capacity.
 Prof. Mohammed expressed the willingness of his University to collaborate with Bingham University.
 He also commended the smooth transition process from the former Vice Chancellor Prof W.B Qurix to the current Vice-Chancellor, an indication of a stable and progressive academic environment.

In his remarks, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Haruna Kuje Ayuba expressed his deep gratitude for the opportunity to have previously served at Nasarawa State University. He acknowledged the institution's remarkable history of nurturing leaders in academia, including numerous Vice-Chancellors and principal officers. Prof. Ayuba took a moment to appreciate the staff members who joined in celebrating his appointment. He conveyed his appreciation for the immense support already received from the principal officers at Bingham University.

The Registrar, Dr. Mrs Esther J. Dyaji in her remarks, thanked Prof. Suleiman Bala Mohammed for attending the valedictory Lecture held in honour of the former Vice-Chancellor and also making the time to visit once more amidst his busy schedule .She went further to encourage collaborations between the two universities .
The high point of the visit was the presentation of a congratulatory banner and exchange of souvenirs by the  Vice-Chancellors.
