The Vice-Chancellor Prof. Haruna Kuje Ayuba alongside Principal officers of the University received a representative of Shenyang Institute of Engineering China,Mr Zhu Tong Qi on a courtesy visit aimed at exploring potential avenues for collaboration between the two educational institutions.

Mr Zhu Tong Qi ,while discussing with the Vice Chancellor's team,  said Bingham University is one of the  recognized Universities  in China ,hence the desire for collaboration between Shenyang Institution of Engineering China and Bingham University in the areas of mutual interest.  

He added that the visit underscores the commitment of both institutions to fostering international partnerships and enhancing their educational offerings, such as:  Exploring opportunities for student and faculty exchange programmes in Electrical Engineering , Energy and Power Engineering, Automation, Computer Science , International Economics and Trade amongst other areas to enrich the educational experience  and foster global perspectives.

In his remarks, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Haruna Kuje Ayuba, said he was delighted with the possibilities of collaboration with the Shenyang Institute of Engineering. He added that a technical team would be set up to look into the proposals and put together the necessary documents such as the Memorandum of Understanding MOU so as to meet the necessary requirements of the National Universities Commission.

The Registrar, Dr. Mrs Esther J .Dyaji in her remarks, appreciated Mr Zhu Tong Qi for his institution's interest to collaborate adding that Bingham University was a law abiding institution and would ensure that the right thing is done in line with regulatory requirements at all times.
